The artbook is pretty decent. There are some nude scenes and some select pictures that I really liked (shown below). When I bought this book, it was only $4.00 at Bookoff. However, if one is buying this artbook at full price, then only avid collectors should buy it. Those that are not interested in collecting, and just for artwork, should not purchase this book. Generally, I'd imagine this book to target older teens. It only has drawings of humans. This is, apparently, the theme. She has a strange approach on colors, but still, has a pretty decent style. The artist blends many colors of the faces to make a neutral tone. This tone is very soothing to the eyes. However, majority of the images are deformed, but the artwork and coloring is decent. The artist definitely has a strange and unique style. Nevertheless, as I have stated above, only purchase this artbook if you are an avid collector. Otherwise, I'd recommend you to not buy it. The reason why I gave this an average was based on 1) the deformities 2) pricing and 3) presentation. The presentation was not organized at all. |
