I first know of Rain from a few illustrations posted at Minitokyo's gallery. It was hassle sourcing down and purchasing this book. Nonetheless, I think it is worth the troubles. I'm a big fan of beautiful oriental flower illustrations, and this book delivered me just that. Illustrations in this book are all eastern-themed and most are adorned with beautiful flowers. There are approximately 55 illustrations total. All are in full color and printed on glossy paper. Of these illustrations, 10 are double spread, the rest are single page spread. The book also comes with an extra poster, and an Asian-styled stationery set. The stationery set is probably the best thing that comes with this purchase. They are very unique looking, even the envelope is pretty. |
