The full title of this book is "Der Jen's Collection of the Ancient Chinese People: Lost in the Silvery Land-The Beauty of Miao."

This is pretty much the same as her other books I have. The layout and design of this is almost identical to "Der Jen's Collection of the Ancient Chinese People: The Zephyr-Love Stories of the Royal Manchu in the Forbidden City." There are exactly 45 illustrations total.

This book differentiates itself from the rest of the Dezhen’s other book because of its dust jacket. The dust jacket has some lacquer finish leaving the cover art looking very shiny. I like this lacquered effects. Not a lot artbooks I own have them so this makes it unique from the rest.

As for the artworks, it is pretty much the same as her other works. After owning quite a few artbooks by her, I am a little disappointed. Dezhen does not have many variations. Her illustrations are beautiful as always but they seem repetitive overtime. The moods the characters do not change much. It is always the same thing. Nonetheless, illustrations in this book are breathtaking as usual. A few of my favorites are below.
